C.F.S. Sends out annual report renewal forms via mail to LLCs and charge $100 extra than the filing actually costs. Attempting to pray on the those that are either unaware or too busy to read the fine print.

They send a letter that appears like a legitimate state LLC annual filing, asking for you to confirm and send them money for the filing. Very deceptive and one can do this with the state (in my case NC) for free (Submission). Who knows if they actually do your submission for you and they are also asking for company confidential information.
