When incentive is offered in exchange for info it creates the possibility for a consumer to give false representation in exchange for whatever reward benefit they are bribed with. The real deal valuable intel comes not from consumers surveying retailers but from retailers focusing on consumer relationships and removing barriers that negatively impact the brand altogether. 1 consumer at a time that is what a retailer should pay commission for. outstanding customer service should be rewarded. If you need data to prove a product is of value all that need to take place to definitively answer this question is just try the product you don’t need to spend hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars finding out if the product is of value or not just try the product and see for yourself. I say this because a company knows exactly what they’re product is all about the problem is in a company that cuts back on quality, labor, or quantity and tries to save money by cutting costs and that is ineffective and ignorant and is a sure fire path to losing customers. Invest in your staff, invest in your product, invest in the value follow that model and you will have a business worth my attention and a product worth the worlds
