CertificationPlanner.com hires Industry experts to take online and in person classes. They request the trainer to sign a contract. Trainer provides the training and expects to be paid the sum of money as agreed. This company holds $100 - $200 of the earnings and doesn't pays full amount, they know it's not worth anyone's time to go to courts to fight for that small amount. They hold part of the money and make fake promise that they will "adjust" the amount in future payments. Given their behavior they loose that trainer and they find more such trainer (their new victims) and the story repeats.
