Took the is test for .99, and immediately contacted the chat bot to cancel so no further charges would occur. Referred to a ticket after no email or account was found. Only to have a weekly cash pulled out of my Apple Cash. Form of original.99 payment. Their response to my ticket is no account found but a week later another attempt for funds. Declined bu Apple since there are no funds. Still trying to figure out how they are able to do that without authorization or account. They need to be stopped. Just google the (company) see all the fraud.

I took an IQ test that I saw on Facebook. The test required a .99 fee for the test results. I paid twice for two tests, and thought I was done. A few days later I see charges from them on my bank account. One for 19.99 and another for 14.99. The contact support bot gave me a PIN number to stop my subscription yet they charged me again after I asked them to cancel the subscription. They said the email was sent out and if not responded to they automatically charge you for a subscription. I never saw the email. This is completely unacceptable and I hope this scam company gets caught and prosecuted. Thank you for your time.

The website markets itself as a quick IQ test for $0.99 then charges you $30 a year immediately after and only has a chatbot to cancel your subscription and it completely useless and just repeatedly asks for the email on your account. The chatbot hasn't done anything to cancel my subscription. There is no contact information that can be found on the website or online. I now have to cancel my debit card so I don't get a recurring charge.
