They are continuing to bill my Medicare and secondary insurance on a monthly basis for urinary catheters I don't need or has ever been ordered by a doctor. Medicare has paid them from my account. . I notified Medicare of this scam months ago but I don't think it has made any difference. The bills keep arriving.

Centennial Med Supply LLC has twice billed Medicare and my supplemental insurance (Transamerica) for catheters and urinary supplies that I have never used nor received and I have never done business with this company. But Medicare has paid the claims unfortunately, and my supplemental insurance (for which I pay insurance premiums) has also paid a portion. This company is widely known as a fraudulent biller and I they should be shut down immediately. I reported the first fraudulent billing in October, 2025 and a second fraudulent billing in January 2026.

- Bend, OR, USA • Jan 19, 2026

Centennial Medical Supply LLC fraudulently billed traditional Medicare 6 different claims for DME (intermittent urinary catheters) that was ordered by a physician unknown to me. I am located in Oregon and the name of the physician that was documented in the claim as the ordering physician is, according to the Oregon Medical Board, licensed in OR. That physician is unknown to me, and I have never needed nor been prescribed urinary catheters by any provider.

The date of service for the initial fraudulent claim that I discovered on my Medicare Summary Notice: date of service 08/08/25 - that claim was submitted to Medicare in Aug '25 and paid by Medicare that same month. That was the first fraudulent claim.

Additional claims submitted by Centennial in October '25: for dates of service 04/24/25, 05/23/25, 06/24/25, 09/24/25 and 10/24/25 - those claims were all submitted together to Medicare in Oct 2025 and paid by Medicare in Nov 2025.

My Medicare Summary Notice, dated April 14, 2025, included charges that were billed to Medicare for "300 intermittent urinary catheters." The supplier, Centennial Med Supply LLC, 1805 S Bellaire St, Ste 480-01, Denver, CO 80222-4305, charged Medicare a total of $3,150.00 on seven occasion, of which $1,764.00 was approved and paid by Medicare. The notice indicated that I may be billed an additional $450.00 for each occurances. I have never been recommended, prescribed, or used "intermittent urinary catheters," nor was this item/service ordered by any of my health care providers. Likely fraudulent activity, I immediately called Medicare on Janusry 16, 2025, and filed a comprehensive fraud report.

- Glen Cove, NY, USA • Jan 15, 2026

Medicare fraud; my account reported in my quarterly statement that I had received four months' worth of catheters and equipment for urinary disease. I have no such disease and have never had need for such equipment, and of course I never received this equipment. Reported it to Medicare on October 30, 2025. Got a repeat statement on December 26, 2025 for the same charges. Medicare had paid the scammer $5, 292.00. !!! So much for DOGE and Mr. Musk's intense commitment to rooting out fraud!

- Blanco, TX, USA • Jan 13, 2026

I just received an EOB from my supplement insurance provided and it showed billing for urinary catheter by Centennial Med Supply LLC for $15,750 of which Medicare paid $12,348. My doctor has never ordered a urinary catheter for me not do I have any use for one. This company received my Medicare and supplement insurance information from somewhere and used it to file this fraudulent claim.
