Placed online order for earrings. Kept getting told several times and days apart that order has been pushed back because holiday. To then be told they were picked up by UPS on 6/22/2023 and I should receive by Monday or Tuesday. When searching online and seeing that Celestial Jewelry is who’s in San Antonio, TX. Celeste Jewelry is using Celestial Jewelry’s location and deceiving customers. No one answers the number when you call. There’s no title/signature at the end of none of the emails being sent, which is also sketchy. I’ve lost little over $500. Lesson learned.

Ordered earrings, supposed to be 14K white gold- black tarnish on them when they arrived, look like silver not white gold. Tried emailed and calling company to inquire and arrange a return- no responses to multiple emails nor voicemails.
