Mrs. ______ you are approved, By the way, money is being deposited on a fake bank account, not mine!! The next email BTW your payment is due.
I don't check my emails regularly because I'm busy and not on my phone all the time. I checked my email a few days later and found the emails. I was shocked. I called them and they proceeded to asked me for my personal information like my social and date of birth. I told the CSR, All I'm giving you is my email because that's all you should have from me since I didn't apply for anything. I think they want your information to still your identity as well. The CRS told me he couldn't help me if I didn't provide the information. Again, I explained what happened. He mentioned that many people had been calling in the last few weeks with the same issue.
But unless I gave him ALL my personal information he couldn't help me.
I'm still speechless and worry that someone my by stealing my information.
