They told me the only way to top up my Cash App account balance was to go purchase Google Play gift cards in the amount i need to add to my card. They stayed on the phone with me while i went to purchase the cards. They then told me to download an app called AnyDesk. They then proceeded to take over my phone, told me to scan the cards in my phone camera after removing the pin strip from the back of the cards. They then took $200 from the first card and took $100 from the second one. Then i was told by 7 different supervisors that the only way to receive a refund is to go purchase 2 more gift cards in the same amount, then they will refund my account with the entire $600 plus an additional $100 for the trouble. I didn't buy anymore cards after this. That was money for my granddaughters medical expense and they just took it And laughed about it.

Someone text me and said they worked for cash app and said someone was trying to hack my account. I told them this is a scam. They said no it's not. I called the number and no answer. Then 10 seconds later I got a phonecall from 5625928576, I answered they said hello and then they hung up. Right away they text me from the number that called me and said, did you get a message from our customer service team at cash app and I didn't answer them. I took screenshots but I can only send 1.

I called cash app cause i was trying to load money on my acct so i called to see what store i can reload money the guy instructed me to get EBAY CARD and i can use that so i did call them back they had me send a copy of my receipt then said i should see my money within minutes and i never seen my money since they took it off the EBAY CARD these people are funny scam and took my $100 I thought i was talking to cash app customer service rep thinking they helping me but was scamming me please help me retrieve my money back please! Thank you ??

I had google a number to cash app. The number I got from google I call and the person on the other end was impersonating cash app customer service. And had me send $850 out my account to a unknown account. Then block my request to get my money back.
