My husband googled the number for Carnival and spoke to a person that said that they were with carnival. My husband requested a room number change and the lady told him it would be a little over $400 to change it. later we got notifications from our bank account that there had been a charge for $721. A few weeks went by and we had to call carnival again for a different matter. At that time we were told that they had never made the charge for $721 and so we contacted the bank. The bank is investigating, but we just received a callback from the scam number saying that if we didn’t pay the money again, they were going to cancel our booking. I called Carnival again and they said we don’t have a balance so this is a scam. My husband is on his way to the bank again to let them know that we got a callback from this number saying we need to pay the money. I hope this helps other people.
