I received immediate texts ALL CAPS demanding name, address, being honest and doing exactly as instructed. Carla D Polk has multiple Instagram profiles: Carl.adpolk, carladpolk, Carla.d.Polk, polkcarlad.

A personal friend from years ago whose a business entrepreneur contacted me via Facebook messenger in reference to a government grant to help people affected by Covid and she supplied me with the contact number to contact attorney Carla Polk in reference to applying for the grant. And they requested one thousand dollars via gift card to avoid taxes was there reason for the gift cards, supplied with 2 $500 American Express cards
