Anna Miller from the purchasing dept gave me an account and routing number for an account at United Bank to pay $4000.00 on my credit card. I made the payment online and it appeared that it posted to my account. After 8 days had passed, they sent me to a local Best Buy store to purchase a MacBook Laptop with my card from the money they sent to pay on my card. The day after I purchased the laptop and shipped via UPS, Anna Miller sent me another order to fill. Later that morning I got an email from my credit card that the payment did not go through and locked my account. I contacted the Anna Miller and she then spoke with the finance dept and sent me another account and routing number, this time for Wells Fargo Bank. I called my credit card company and explained what was going on and they advised I not attempt another payment that way. I contacted Anna and told her to have the company send me a cashier's check for the amount due and I would cash it and then deposit it into my personal account, and I would pay the credit card. I did not tell her, but I had no intention to do any further business with this company. I now cannot contact anyone from the business, and they have blocked me from signing into the dashboard. I am to receive my payment of $4260.00 for work served from March 11-April 13 on April 14th but I have little hope to ever see it. I would like to know if I have any recourse to pursue this matter or am I out all that money?
