My husband ordered a product from them that I returned. I sent it ceritifed mail, and they acknowledged receipt of the product and said they would begin my refund. That was nine months ago. I have never stopped e-mailing and threating them, but just yesterday I received a permanent error with their e-mail address. Do not purchase anything from these scam artists.

I purchased this one-time product after reading their "no questions asked refund policy". I have been in contact with the company via email over 25 times since the end of March with no refund. I keep being told they are "escalating" the matter along to those who issue the refund. I want this company shut down and my $200 back!! This is absolute crap.

I've been trying to get my money back for nine months. It's obviously not going to happen. Now I get permanent error when I try e-mailing them.

The add said buy 3 get 2 free. They ended up charging me for all three. I got ahold of some at [email protected] letting them know that I wanted to send them back and their add was very misleading. Was told to send a picture of the unopened bottles and they would issue a RMA. I received that and sent the bottles back. This was all done in March 2023. As of today, (July 2023) I still have not received a refund. I have sent numerous emails and they reply every time that they are working on it. In the meantime, I am out close to $200.00. This place is nothing but a scam.

They said they were from shark tank. It was a buy one get one free deal. So I took up on that. Now we want to cancel but they won’t answer and we have tried multiple phone numbers. I sent an email to them. We just want to know how to cancel the subscription. And also don’t know where they are getting the money from.

The product claimed Keto weight loss but had no affect. Ad said money back guarantee but they do not answer email or phone. It's a scam.
