Its a scam, stop them at your door step. Do not invlove with that company member, They will deduct monthly $45 and if you request to stop it they ask you for $500 to $700. Total scam.

Yes, this is a scam. They took money from my account gradually 4 months by weekly payments. When I called them, they told me I am bound to pay this amount for 5 years. My account gone negative because I have no money and don't have jobs. Even I am not living at that place where they were providing this so called protection plan for heating and furnace. A indian girl came to my door and told me that gas and hydro will pay you back because they over charged bill from renters and took my banking information. I was accepting 25$ every month but they started to deduct money 48$ and 26$ by weekly from my account. Pls be careful those kind of things. Companies are involved with this. No one listened now.

I got scammed by this company. A random guy ( Ahmad) came to my house and asked me show him hydro bill. They he said that I will getting $25 and he asked me to give him my void cheque information so that they can deposit money in the account. He never mentioned that I am signing any contract for 60months and didn’t trek me I’ll be charged for more than $75 every month. He informed me that I can cancel this service any time I don’t need to pay any money. When I noticed that they are deducting this much money every month then I canned them but they mentioned that I have signed an agreement for 60months and I have to pay around $700 plus taxes if I want to cancel this service. And she said that you got an agreement papers for this but I just got one form with my information only there is no information regarding any agreement or contract. When filed a complaint about this to business bureau they informed me that actual carbon less inc. only provides billing services and does not solicit customers door-to-door. Please advise me someone how to this.

I am not a customer of Carbon Less Inc. in any form and some fraud is going on from this company, I never authorized any Carbon Less Bill payment from my account

Please let me know how can I get back my $70 ?

A lady called ***** from Carbon Less Inc came to my apartment door saying carbon less has an agreement with our building management to talk to all tenants regarding a government CERB grant for $25 to help with hydro bill. I give her the information she asks for. She puts me on the phone with who she said was their customer representative. I could not understand a word and was told by this lady to just say yes to everything. 4 months later I get a call from Collections Group of Canada-CGC (**** * *****) saying that I owe Carbon less over $2000 and that infact I had signed for a carbon offset program (I dont even know what that is). This is a clear example of false, misleading and deceptive practice. The lady lied to my face. She did not have permission of the building management to enter and was infact chased away on previous occasions. Please do not fall for this especially since they come door-to-door. DO NOT TRUST CARBON LESS !! I'm contacting the ministry and police and reporting them. This shouldn't happen to anyone else.
