Received A Email From Who I Thought Was Capital One, I Believed It Because I Have A Car Loan With Them. Nicole Smith Was The First I Talked To, The Letter Stated I Was Approved For A Personal Loan He Said I Needed To Pay The First Pymt Up Front To Show Good Faith Because Of The Unsecured Amt 3500. And My Credit Score, He Told Me To Put It In S Loadable Card I Did And Cslled Him Back He Said The Funs Would Be In My Account In A Hour, After 1 1/2 Hr I Called Back No Funds In My Account He Them Told Me To Check My Email I Then Had A Letter From A Peter Roger Who Said He Was A Senior Manager Fron The National Insurance Dept Of The United States The Letter Stated My Credit Score Was Low According To The FTC Dept (I Have The Letter) Stating I Needed To Pay 280 For Insurance On The Loan,I Did So Purchased Another Card, Then Mr Samuel Thomas Ext 757 Came On And Told Me That The State Of Alabama Would Not Release My Loan Until I Paid 10% Taxes Because My Loan Was Considered Taxable Income..At That Point I Said No And Asked For My 360. He Said No Started Yelling Telling Me No I Literally Cried On The Phone Begging This Man For My Money Back "He Said You Just Lose Out If You Dont Complete The Loan" Not Wanting To Lose My 360. I Borrowed The 350 From My Daughter And Got Another Card Did As He Told Me..Crying And Feeling Like An Old Fool For Falling For This, He Said "Check Your Account Between Now And 9pm Friday Its Sunday No Cas Yet, Im Angry Because I Was Forced To Keep Buying Cards To Try To Prevent Myself From Losing 710 And I Lost Anyway, Almost 60 Years Old And Retired Never Thought This Would Happen To Me, Please Stop This Deceptive Company And Make Them Give Me My Money Back. Then they called Mar the 7th and threatened me if I didn't send more

on February 23,2016 I received an e-mail from capital one Personal Loan Company providing all the details of the loan. They told me I would have to send a Walmart money card for $50.00 to secure the loan. I did as instructed. Then they called me back and said that I was able to receive a Federal Grant of $10,000.00 if I would send them another Walmart MoneyCard for $398.00. after that call I did not send any more money. thank goodness

I went online searching for a loan and later received an email from Capital One Personal Loan company providing all of the details of the loan. They told me I would have to have insurance on the loan because my credit score was so low. They had me to purchase a walmart prepaid card for $280. They called back requesting another $300.
