My husband and I deposited year 2023 and year 2024 vacation weeks into Capital Marketing Distribution System. The are 6 weeks per year totaling 12 weeks at $2,000.00 per week. We were contracted to be paid by the end of the end of the second quarter of 2024 which is April 30, 2024. We never received the money for the weeks deposited. We have multiple email attempts promising payment May 31, 2024, then June 28, 2024, and finally August 30, 2024. The money was never wired to our bank account. Then we began receiving threats from Kovay Vacations requesting payment for the balance owed on the contract. I expressed to them we never received the funds promised for the weeks we deposited. Kovay turned our account over to collections and this has caused an adverse effect on our credit history.
