Two months later, I followed up. Eric responded, apologized for the delay, and said they would reorder and I should receive them within two weeks (the first order had originally stated 5–6 weeks). After three more weeks passed with nothing, I sent two additional emails, but I’ve had no reply. There’s also no phone number listed on their website or in his emails, so I currently have no other way to reach them.
