Google search for Cotopaxi laptop sleeve showed Camille-lady.com having product I wanted for purchase. I purchased on their website using credit card 2/17/25. Email confirmation was received, which stated can use "Shop" (Shopify) app/website to track purchase. After multiple attempts to try and use the Shopify website over several days, I realized there was no way to track purchase (I have used Shopify to track purchase for a different company and it was very simple.). Website said delivery can require 3 days for processing and 15 business days for delivery. I waited about 20 days with no delivery. Using the camille-lady.com website's tracking system, it states it was delivered 3/1/25. I called website's phone number and a recording stated that call could not be completed. I emailed, and the response stated it was delivered using their "logistics company" and that they would "followup" and notify when there was "any progress". Highly skeptical that anything would happen if I simply waited, I insisted that they send a replacement immediately. They did not even offer to send a replacement, instead asking if I wanted a refund, which I agreed to because I suspected a scam. I have yet to receive a refund. Also, all the emails were very generic, none mentioning the name of the company (camille-lady), nor having any heading, labeling, or advertising - only "Customer Service Team". Their emails could have been for any company selling any product. All signs of a Scam.
