From google, I click on a link, my insurance company national general the company that answered the phone identify themselves as national general, and asked me. How could they help me today I explained to the organization that I am a policyholder of national general and I am looking to get digital copies of my ID card, the individual Mark Mosley said I can definitely help you with that. Just give me one moment to look up your account asked me to verify my name my address. My vehicle is on my policy. he said he can see that I am up for renewal, which happens to be true. He asked me if I would take a moment to listen to the options that national general for my policy , I explain to Mr. Mark Mosley if that’s his real name that I was in a rush and I could not take time to hear the review of policy upgrades and that I would have to call back on the next day. He said well while we’re waiting for me to get your ID card , let me go ahead and review with you our options after the third time of me saying Mr. Mosley I really don’t have time for this. I just need a digital copy of my insurance ID card Mr. Mosley if that’s his name explain to me that he does not work for national general, that his a company that quotes insurance and he would not be able to get me my ID cards Transfer me to my actual insurance company when I asked Mr. Mosley why did he pretend to be national general he hung up on me when I called back and asked to speak with a manager some person to explain to me that none of my information was captured and that I shouldn’t have a problem. I explained that I would like to speak to the manager to make sure that they knew there’s a person in the organization, pretending to be insured the insurance company to make quotes that person transferred me to a manager who is lying to me that Mr. Mosley had not saved any of my information, and that she was sorry that I had been this minute and then she proceeded to hang up on me when I asked for her to send me identifiable information about the company , I called the company three times to and found out that they had blocked my number and that’s when I went to leave this complaint, this company is an identity fraud scandal, waiting to happen they have people who on ethically will take your identifiable information order to gain a commission on quoting you insurance please help me stop this company from someone’s nightmare because someone’s information is going to get stolen with the unethical practices that they have at this company.
