Scammer left a voicemail stating "i am calling to follow up on the complaint filed in our office against [family member] reference number [fake reference number] again [fake reference number] to get a copy of the complaint or discuss a pending action being filed against you will need to contact the "legal department" at 877-243-6873 again at [previous phone number] contact will need to be made immediately to avoid any further action." There was no company name, no name of person calling, the phone number that it called from did not match the number left in the voicemail: 908-264-6324. Did not leave what state/county/jurisdiction my family member was allegedly "sued" in.
