I ordered a xmas present from this business, which states they're in the US. I got a confirmation w a tracking from Cardiff UK 12/10/24 and in January, it was still stuck in transit. I contacted 1/23 to them to let them know the recipient didn't receive it & they said it was still on the way & sent a different tracking, different company, same order # (17Track). They claimed it was USPS but the tracking number never worked w their tracking. Contacted again February and they said it was delivered 1/17. It wasn't. Not sure how they got the 17Track website to backdate the package when I checked it 1/23? So now I'm thinking it's a scam and asked PayPal for help, which they denied twice. Then I got a messsage from them Feb 4th saying it was still in transit but PayPal still denied a refund.

Ordered at beginning of December. I have 15 emails between them and me and it’s 2 months later and no shipping updates and no product. I have asked for my money back in writing several times and they ignore that and tell me they have expedited my package with shipping company. When I look up the tracking number, it does not exist. They have said everything from customs to transit company is the delay. I have emails that state it was shipped from Finland but when you see the “tracking” it shows china. I just want my money back!
