I made an inquiry online, a search seeking a Tax Professional to assist in initiating IRS debt resolution. I received a phone call from a person identifying himself as Adrian Reyes. After conversing with this person, he asked me to hold while transferring me to his associate, Bryan Mhoon, Tax Professional. After a discussion of the approach, the information that would be required, and the possible length of an agreement, I felt somewhat confident of what could happen. He indicated that he would email information to process with the IRS. Needing to get back to other matters, (poor reasoning on my part) I gave a deposit of $500 "to get the process going. Later I began my "Due Diligence" check, and I discovered he nor his company was registered with the Better Business Bureau. I further undertook a background check which was not favorable to him. He has a criminal background. Further, the check revealed that there is no Adrian Reyes. His spouse or significant other goes by the name of Adriana Reyes, a real individual. I checked her out and his known associates, but no Adrian Reyes. My plan is to take them down so no one else goes through this. I will use all legal means at my disposal to do so.
