I ordered some clothing back in August from Butterflyforu.com after seeing some very cute shirts advertised on Facebook and clicking the link. I ordered 100 dollars worth of clothing from this company, and received absolutely nothing. I have reached out several times to the email support, and received very short and non-helpful answers back. Finally in the latest emails they have claimed that they delivered my clothing back in September with a tracking number. I searched the tracking number and it doesn't exist. Despite pointing that out to them and screenshotting my search to show them that the tracking number they provided doesn't exist, they completely ignore my concerns. My order costed 92.95 US.

I ordered two sweatshirts from this website. They arrived and were clearly not the same as the pictures item. I contacted the company, as their website stated they had a 30-day hassle-free refund policy. I keep getting emails from them in response trying to get me to keep the products and take an $8 gift card. They will not refund my money, they just keep trying to get me to accept a gift card.
