My personal information —including their Social Security number, EIN, and driver’s license details—was stolen. Following the identity theft, someone gained unauthorized access to both my Gmail account and Walmart Seller account.

Without my knowledge or consent, the scammer began selling perfume bottles using the seller account credentials. I only became aware of the situation after receiving multiple returns of perfume products, which I had never sold or shipped.

This company and its owner, Chris Tocher, are defrauding my business, Westwood Millworks, by claiming on his website that my manufacturing facility/business belongs to him. Since he's using our business address, multiple of his customers have reached out to us trying to track down deposits he allegedly stole from them totaling over $40,000. They've had no success reaching him. Additionally, US Thermal Wood's website is listing Westwood Millworks' trademark pending products as its own on its website. Our legal counsel sent a cease & desist letter to Mr. Tocher, and his only reply was a curt, "**** **** to our attorney. He is damaging our business by fraudulently presenting our products and our manufacturing facility as his own, while allegedly stealing deposits from prospective customers.
