I watched a video with Dr. Oz and Dr Jennifer Aston talking about the liquid jello recipe and how successful it makes you lose weight without exercising and diet. It kept saying to get your pin and paper out and they would share the recipe. At the end of the video it never gave the recipe. I was given products that needed to come from China. Then there was an offer for ordering Burnslim which I did. The product did not work for me. The first week I gained 4 pounds. I was sent one bottle of burnslim in the mail and then 2 more bottles in the mail. No receipt was with the order or any paper work stating a 60 day guarantee. The product offered to get rid of visceral fat and make you have a flat belly and muscle tone. I have contacted Burnslim by phone and email. They say I did not contact them in 60 day to request a refund. My file has been closed.

Their contact email repeatedly only provides the same bogus chat bot that is supposed to process your refund but it repeatedly says “an error has occurred on my end…” for TWO HOURS of continuous attempts.

During an ad while on the internet, a person was portrayed as Dr. Jennifer Ashton. It was so credible that I purchased the 6 bottle BurnSlim. In no time the product arrived from Melrose Park, IL. After using the product, I had gastro issues. I contacted a number listed on the receipt, 323-286-0276 (California), and was told to email [email protected]. They advised to send an email to support. They responded in email for a more detailed explanation of my refund. It’s been 3 weeks and no one is responding. Dr. Ashton on Instagram advised that this was not her, but an imposter. These people need to be stopped and held accountable. Lots of people are falling for this Jello recipe scam.

Back in December I watched their long winded video on FaceBook with some doubt, but fell for it anyhow. 20 minutes, after ordering I changed my mind, before the payment cleared PayPal. I contacted PayPal and referred me to CartPanda where the payment would be sent. Of course they took their time responding and I noticed their emails had a lot of mistakes and odd, Asian type characters in them. Eventually, per their instructions, I returned the product in its unopened mailing package. They said they would refund my money. They never did. I continued to follow up, but they put me off until I got to the 60 day deadline for cancellation and never received any further correspondence.

BurnSlim is supposed to help with weight loss. The payment with Visa was cleared through Clickbank Receipt for $207. I have since learned this is a SCAM. I have sent several emails to [email protected]. Response stated the Team will process the refund as quickly as possible. I never received BURNSLIM or the REFUND. I do not no what state they are in. This form shows HI??

I saw Dr. Jennifer Ashton (who previously had been on the Today Show or GMA-- I'm not sure which) talking about the gelatin trick & how it worked. She had celebrities like Kelly Clarkson & Oprah giving testimonials about how it had worked for them. They all seemed truthful. I got the product & in the meantime had seen other people (like Dr. Oz) advertising the pink gelatin trick under the name Gelatide. I returned the product to the address provided (with the tracking number) on Jan. 20,2026. I have yet to receive the refund.
