Person's name is OSCAR RAMIREZ AKA OSCAR CALDERON. He will answer his phone asking how you obtained his number. He sounds like a really nice guy and calm demeanor. He creates a personal life story (i.e. vehicle not functioning etc) and then will delay his work, ask for more than amount that was agreed upon for the initial payment. He does not have enough people working and will come into your home and make it look like work was done. When you try to contact him later he does not pick up the phone, he does not complete the job. He also drives a white van and will ask for a set of keys. Do not give it to him!
