I was hired as a Contractor and I completed all my Onboarding Paperwork and I worked 10 hours and I wasn’t paid. The owner who was responsible for training me was telling me she was too busy to train me after she hired me and gave me a schedule. First week she told me she got sick. And the following week she worked me only for 5 hours on Monday and Tuesday. The Wednesday told me to take off. And then was like I’m busy. She promised to work me 40 hours and it was all a lie. I think she scamming to get my personal information such as my Driver license and social security card. I live in Biloxi, Mississippi. This was supposed to be a Remote Assistant position.
