Ordered 4 items, one arrived as a laughable strip of fabric. Worse quality than kids halloween costumes. One arrived in a zip lock bag, completely wet on the inside. So bizarre. One came and was the wrong item. The 4th item was ok, just not great quality. Nobody will reply to my emails or calls to rectify these issues. I'm really disappointed that I have to pay to send these items back only to receive a credit to order more of their hot mess clothing.

On 8/2822 I ordered a Maxi Sundress from Boho Beach Hut. The total purchase was $44.06, it was suppose to arrive on 9/5/22. On 9/5 I received an email from Boho Beach with the following information

On 9/12 I contacted Boho Beach Hut asking where my order was as the tracking number continued to say it was at the carrier facility in Carteret NJ. I asked for a refund.

On 9/13 I received the following email

I then contacted USPS myself and was informed that my package was never shipped or received. This is the tracking #4200873192748902849689000100645740

I then began calling Boho Beach at the following number 855-246-2646 no one was answer but you could leave a detailed message with your name and phone number which I did.

I then contacted my bank and did a google review which is when I learned that this shop is a scam. I would like a refund and I’m terrified that they are going to steal my banking information or my personal information. I will be happy to forward all of my emails with them.

No item resent and no refund

This company has ignored for over a month. I was sent a broken item with a ripped off strap and they never sent a replacement or my money back.

Worst experience with an online company. My shirt came with the strap broke and hangin off by a thread. They said they would send a replacement and it’s been over a month. I have asked for a refund and I have not received any follow up and all my emails have been ignored.

After seeing many reviews on other platforms I quickly realized I needed to cancel my order. It had not been shipped, no notification or anything. Their website states you can cancel up to the point of it being shipped. I received an email within 12 hours confirming my email was received and would be looked at and responded to shortly. Wishing 24 hours later I got an email stating it shipped. Then a separate one minutes after claiming they couldn’t cancel because it shipped. When I called this out, the person tried to claim it shipped the 21st but when I click the tracking number from the other email it shows the shipping label didn’t print until the 25th and wasn’t even received by UPPS until the 29th- after I emailed to cancel. They have a store credit only return policy, so there’s no chance in getting your money back. The items don’t end up looking ANYTHING like what they look like on the website. They definitely stole another shop’s images and try to pass off poorly made similar-ish items. So overall, they lie, don’t follow their own policies, and definitely scam you.

Absolute criminal scam artists. They use different dresses in pictures charge over $50 a dress and send cheap copies from China. Then refuse to refund money. I bought 4 dresses, lost $200. This company should be shut down.

ZERO STARS! THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! They make it so that they look like they are an American company but its CHINA! And since its from China i expect their crap to be cheap - just like the quality it is. Crap and Cheap! But its not cheap. The quality of the times is absolute junk! Looks nothing like the pictures. TOTALLY MISLEADING! They take 3 months to get you something, they wont allow you to cancel your order once you find out this is china crap. STRAIGHT UP REFUSE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER! Items sent back. Then they will refuse to refund you! I have been arguing with them for 5 months! LYING THIEVING SHADY STEALING CRAP COMPANY! Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
