Our business received a fax from Blue Rocket SEO for charges related to our website domain, but we have never used this company. The charges add to $249.00. Unlike other web/domain bill scams that come in the mail, nowhere on this bill does it state that the payment is not necessary - it's simply acting like we need to pay for services they say they provided. There's due dates and invoice numbers at the top, account numbers, etc.

I received a fax of an invoice for monitoring, maintenance and SEO of our website from a company name Blue Rocket SEO in the amount of $249.00. We have never contacted or requested services from this company. This invoice makes it seem like we have an ongoing account with Blue Rocket and are merely paying our next year of service.

Faxed fake invoice for SEO services never ordered. Never heard of or engaged with this "company" before. Fake invoice used incorrectly worded name of our company, and an address 4 years old, which is no longer in use.

Blue Rocket SEO attempted to Invoice our company for $249.00. We had never done business with them, if they even exist in the first place. The address listed on the invoice is simply a mail room where the scam is run out of.

Do NOT pay Blue Rocket SEO any money. They are a SCAM.

Our business received an invoice via fax from Blue Rocket. The appeared to be valid and we thought it was for our yearly domain name registration. Upon further research of our records, we could find no previous payment to this company. I attempted to call but was put on auto hold. Upon further investigation of the document, I noticed it was for monthly services, which we are not subscribed to. I confirmed this with our IT agent. Nothing about this communication indicates that it is a solicitation for business. I also googled Blue Rocket and saw several instances of it being a scam company. Beware.

A fraudulent invoice was received via fax for services we don't receive from them. We have never been in contact with this company. They performed a DNS lookup to get our information and attempted to send the invoice to our accounts payable department hoping it would be paid without question.

We received an invoice by fax, for $249.00 from Blue Rocket SEO, with a due date of 12/15/2025 for:

"Monthly monitoring and maintenance of local search presence, business listing accuracy, and index visibility to prevent disruptions in online discoverability. Ongoing Verification of SSL certificate status, browser trust signals, and identify credentials to ensure uninterrupted secure access and prevent security warnings for site visitors. Continuous uptime monitoring and director sync checks to maintain consistent availability."

The invoice includes an account number. WE HAVE NO SUCH ACCOUNT. This is FRAUD, a deceptive practice designed to illegally obtain money for goods or services that were never provided.

A fax statement was sent showing a balance due of $99.58. It had our business name, address, domain name, and an account number. The person who received the fax paid it, assuming it was a legitimate bill. It was only discovered when it was attempted to be filed.

We received a fax on May 25, 2023 at 6:22 pm with a bill for "affordable, effective, custom search engine optimization" from Blue Rocket SEO. It showed current amount due $99.58 for May. We do not use any search engine optimization. We never have. It shows our domain name, and correct billing address. It looks like a legitimate invoice, but it is not a company we have used before, and have never contacted them.

Received a fax to our business which was an invoice for $99.58, for service type: SEO/Link Building, with an account number, our domain URL, and our billing address. Due date May 31, 2023. We never contacted them for this service. The invoice looks official. There is not even the usual disclaimer of "This is a solicitation and not a bill." Nowhere on this document does it indicate that this is simply an ad for their services. I edited the fax we received so that you can see it. BEWARE AND DO NOT PAY!
