I saw an ad for Bleame on my Instagram feed multiple times and decided to try it out. I ordered April 25th. It was on a special of as it was on special (buy 2 for 48% off AND receive a free gift valued at $29) and was to receive it 7-10 business days later. I was charged a total of $55.65. Cool. No problems.

A week or so later, I received a message saying there would be a slight delay....a little annoying because I was expecting to receive the order within a couple of days. And then......nothing. For a couple weeks.

They claim to have 24/7 customer service. Well, they must be referring to the fact that you can email them 24/7...because most responses came 12ish hours later. I emailed on Saturday to cancel my order and get a refund. I was very direct in what I wanted. I have been only given the run around.

My experience leads me to believe that Bleame is selling a product that they do not have. They are also keeping money for products that they are unable to provide. Fortunately, my credit card company protects me from scams like this. I am reporting to alert others to be aware.

This package was part of a two package purchase and attempted return that proved to be a scam by the company BLEAME.

Purchased the product based on the 30 day satisfaction guarantee. It burned/irritated my skin and i asked for a refund within 24 hours of receiving the product. The company is offering 50%.

This product does not work as intended, leaves a rash and is generally painful to use. I asked for a refund (per their website it says a “full refund”), but they refused to issue the full refund, then they said they would do it but stopped responding to my emails. When they stopped responding, I opened a chargeback with my bank. Then they finally get back to me and beg me to cancel the chargeback. They claim that as soon as I cancel the chargeback they will issue the refund. So, I cancel the chargeback, and they then proceed to refuse to issue the refund, claiming they “won” the chargeback, which is a blatant lie because I cancelled it, like they asked!! They now refuse to respond to any of my emails. After doing some research, this looks like it is a drop ship Chinese company that has scammed many people before me.

This company is a scam. The products being sold are not legitimate and have been bought in bulk from AliExpress to make into their own. They claim everything is supposed to be for sensitive skin, but people have been complaining and TRYING to communicate with Bleame about refunds, etc. but Bleame has either, not responded at all! Or blamed the individual using it for their lack of usage and “using incorrectly”. People have had serious injuries from their product and Bleame is not holding themselves accountable for this. They’re fake. They delete/hide any negative comments about their product on social media, will not post any negative comment made on their website. The “employees” who work for this company are also fraudulent. They use stock photos to show who the employee is. You can reverse image search the photo of the employee and these photos are used for other websites or belong to other people. It took me almost 3 months to get a refund and 2 months to get even a response from the company. Please contact me if there are any other questions. This company is a scam and is not who they say they are. Please help! Others have had the same things happen to them. I’m in a Facebook group that is trying to take them down or raise awareness. Screenshots from many others through their emails have proven all of this and more!!! Please help!!!

Purchased product online via Facebook add. Did not like product so I returned via their instructions. 1 month later never got a refund, 2 months go by after contacting them often and still no refund. They always say they will get back and never do. There is also another website out there claiming to be the “real” Bleame with a completely different email.
