While looking for a job, I was contacted by "Alex Jones" (with an Indian accent), the dream job was with Verizon. I was told by Alex Jones that I needed the Sig Sigma Green belt Certification, he has given me a discount to get signed up. During my last conversation he contradicted himself, he said he will "Activate" the training certification himself.

Look at this other scam posting, it's very similar to what I had experienced:
