Mine is 67.00. I did not even get or do anything. I thought it didn’t go through. I had no idea what they were doing. 1/28/22. Was when they did this. Please advise what to do.

But not only by them but yet worse my card company I used for the transaction literally left me hanging out with we will start investigating possible resolution on May 15th 2022 keep In mind I got scammed on 1-23-2022 and I realized within 20 minutes that I’d been taken so I immediately contacted my card holder told the the issue and that I wanted to have a STOP PAYMENT ON THIS MERCHANT OR SO CALLED MERCHANT. I WAS TOLD THAT NOTJINHG COULD BE DONE ? ! The payment hadn’t even left my account yet the transaction was still pending and still in my account but they couldn’t do anything and to this day they let them take my money out of my account and now give me the maybe have a resolution in May that’s from my card company my card holder I don’t know who’s worse the scammer or the company the card company? But Beto online EDU promise me an online account opened and running and making money and less than 24 hours I was I had to do was make the payment and the same thing I made the first payment then it kicked me to another screen wanted more money and wanted more money luckily I almost fell for it but I didn’t because I didn’t have the money if I would’ve had the money I would’ve paid and I’d be like the first guy at $297 instead of 67 what they got me for but the exact same treatment the phone number I was given it just rang and rang and or was busy busy busy busy nobody ever picked up and still to this day I have not had this resolved with them neither I’m leaving here and going to the Better Business Bureau I’m reporting both my card holder and better online EDU. And by the way my card holder would be CURRENT The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my lifetime I wouldn’t recommend that card to anybody they charge you fees but yet when you’re in a bind like I will I’m in they don’t got nothing for you there more for the merchant than they are for the customer.

This charge is fraud you get nothing for it and when you call the number you get something saying its not a working number I'm asking for a refund. This place is a joke no one to help you but they sure like to charge you 297.00 bucks I don't know anything about this charge or what it was suppose to be for.

I called and a guy answered and said, "Hi this is Jean" and didn't talk back to me and also didn't hang-up on me. What's up with that? I'm paying for a FRAUDULANT site that's not helping me. I'm calling my bank and reporting them and getting all my money back!

my complaint would read like the above complaint, obviously not good service at all, only my complaint includes the amount of $297 on 1/5/21. so I respectfully request that amount be credited to my ckg account at wells fargo bank #3535404846. thank you. i'll keep an eagle eye out for the credit to my account.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

You pay the $47 on one page and then you go to another page and they ask you for more money. Skip that page and they ask for even more money. You try contacting the 24/7 customer service that they supposedly have and the phone just rings. Then if you do get through you will be the 1st caller in line and they hang up on you. Did it to me twice. Ask for a refund several times and got no response from their support email.
