I ordered 3 paintings on a "Buy 2 get one free" deal and never received them. I ordered in May 2025 and by September it said "on its way" but they never came and it is now June 2026. I'm very disappointed because I have purchased paintings from them for years. They will not answer any of my emails and have entirely ghosted me. There is no physical address or phone number listed on their website.
