On-line chat promised product "in a few business days". 3 weeks later, on-line chat promised product status email "in a few business days." No product, no status. Product was "Owl vision 2 Pro". Product tracking is offered, but no status change beyond first 2 weeks. Company is located in Latvia, per website search. Product oridinated in China.
