The ad was for a older toy dog that needed a good home because the owner had a disability and could not longer care for the dog. After a few emails I was contacted by phone. The number was local.The "owner" had an accent and was very hard to understand but enough to hear more details that made no sense. First, now it was two dogs that needed to be together because they are attached. Then they are actually "puppies" and 8 weeks old. Now they are free but need to pay for shipping. Shipping would be $200 off, insinuating that it was because they needed a good home and free. I only would have" $500. I would pick them up at the airport or have them shipped today because they were in Texas...????
