Ordered two labubu toys online at their website bearrus.com on 7/22/25. I paid 47.93. To date, I have not received my order as of 8/12/25. When I click the tracking link sent by them it takes me to a page that says their website is “opening soon”.

Placed an order for a Labubu and from the beginning the shipping information indicated it was coming from China despite the company having a US address located in NYC. Tracking number for shipping is not valid and it has been three weeks since order was placed with nothing.

This retailer BEARRUS.com sold a fake Advent Calendar. After waiting 2 weeks to arrive from China. I was shocked to see that the toys and packaging of the Advent Calendar was not authentic. The toys in it were plastic and not plush dolls. The packing was blurry. The packaging is 1/4 the size of the real one. I have emailed the merchant three times and each time they replied with generic responses with what was wrong with it. I have replied with pictures and detailed description of difference, each time were ignored.

Ordered 2 Barbie Diwali Collector dolls for slightly above retail. Just received "Beauty Girl! Fashion" dolls that were made to look like the official Barbie doll.

Advertised Diwali Indian Barbie doll. Cheap fake doll arrived. Not even a Barbie doll. Very inferior quality and to return it you have to ship it back to China. Company Bear R Us should be shut down

This website is claiming to sell hard to find products, i personally purchased a Squishmallow Advent Calendar, the website seems to good to be true but i figured i could pay through paypal. I received the product it is counterfeit and selling for only $10 off the regular price, they are shipping from China and claiming to be in the US. i made a claim through Paypal which is under review however the seller wants be to provide shipping to them back to China or i cannot receive a refund. I notified them that they are selling illegal counterfeit products and I was told i ordered the incorrect item and that is why i was shipped counterfeit product.
