On May 28th, 2026, our company received a mail solicitation from BBFile.com regarding our annual report filing. The document was intentionally designed to mimic an official government notice and invoice. Because of its deceptive and vague formatting, we mistakenly paid $209.00—nearly three times the actual state filing fee of $70.00—believing it was a required state fee.

Our company has a long-established history of filing our own reports directly with the state in July or August. BBFile.com engages in predatory and deceptive marketing practices by sending confusing, high-pressure solicitations months in advance to trick business owners into paying exorbitant markups for services they do not need.
