Apparently the scammers (plural, continually get notices from multiple scammers) which each acquired my personal information from Bay Mortgage Corp, 7549 Assunta Court, Fairhope, Alabama 36532 from our original home mortgage originator. We continually get letters indicating our “Home Protection/Warranty Coverage” (which we have never nor will ever purchase) has/is getting ready to expire if we don’t renew immediately and telling us to contact their office immediately!
