On 4/4/16 I received an alert reportedly from Microsoft support informing me that my computer had been infected with Zeus virus Code B2957E. It cost me $199.99 to supposedly get the virus removed, and. an additional $299.99 for 3 years of continued technical support. It cost me $135 to have the malware removed and $95 to replace my printer. They continue to contact me by phone and email. Since I use my computer for work, I was inconvenienced while my computer was down to have the malware removed.

I would like to speak to someone at the ScamPulse.com to see if I can get a refund of the $299.99 for continued technical support and to be advised regarding preventing further contact from these scammers.

I have been in contact with my credit union, the Federal Consumer Fraud Commission, the Idaho Attorney General and filed a police report.

I am 71 years old and have limited IT knowledge. I was disappointed that my local ScamPulse.com was not interested in obtaining information from me, but referred me to you website instead.
