So i was reccomended this specific tattoo artist and when i went to his website to look at his work and information i was able to contact him through phone number. We asked for a quote and he gave us one which was about 7-800 for the piece we wanted and we agreed on the price and the date and he asked for a deposit to start working on the design. The first sign was that he sent us a completely different design than what we had asked for and when we told him he said he “got us”. The second time we had to contact him again the day before the appointment we set to confirm the date and TIME which he agreed to again. When it came to the time of the appointment I was waiting outside his shop for about 30 mins before I had to reach out to him AGAIN to see what was going on when he proceeded to say “my bad bro I was doing another tattoo on someone but you can come over here after if you want or I can get my brother to help you since he does good work too” we clearly didn’t want this and were super disappointed as his work was what we liked and for him to make up excuses the day of and to double book at 9am and never inform us was super unprofessional. Clearly after that we didn’t want any more of his services so we asked for our deposit back since he never said this was non refundable. He proceeded to have someone else message us through his phone stating that after he was done tattooing he would send it back. Never received anything that day until we messaged him twice the next day since the first message he didn’t respond to and all he said was “how much was your deposit again”. Elio “Lolo” was completely unprofessional and his actions are not how business owners are supposed to treat their clients.
