In Oct of 2024 AZ Courier was responsible for delivering a check from an insurance company of 14,687 for reimbursement and they delivered it to the wrong address. As a result the check was cashed and withdrawn at a Wells Fargo in Visalia, Ca. AZ Courier has since said that they would reimburse me a partial amount but I would have to wait 6 weeks. It never came and they have used multiple excuses as to why it has been delayed up until Jan 10th. As of that date, that is the last time I have heard anything from them. Would like to get some sort of compensation for the mistake they made and have received nothing so far. It has now been over 4 months Anna Monch is the Parcel Coordinator at AZ Courier with whom I have been dealing with. Thank you for your help
