I purchased winter goods in May 2020, still not received. When I eventually could track it, it said goods delivered. Nothing was delivered. I sent about 50 emails without a response and even tried calling them to no avail. Disgusted, my purchase was to the value of R3200 - complete write off. Don’t buy here.

They sell fake junk shipped from overseas. You will not get what's in the picture or discription. Takes about a month to receive your order just to be disappointed. Don't buy.

Do not order from here, looks nothing like what the website looks like. It is made in china and took 20 days to finally arrive. It is extremely poor quality and for $25 its a huge ripoff. I cant tell what the image even is, its suppose to be a skull, all i see is teeth. There refund policy is ridiculous, you have 5-7 days after purchase to receive a refund and you have to pay the shipping cost. Really when i don't receive my item for 20days? How can you ever get a refund if its shipped from china and it takes 20days? And i wish i knew it was made in china or i would have never purchased. Ive tried contacting customer service and of course i cant get a hold of them. Its so sad this company is taking advantage of people during this time of crisis. Please stay far away from this business.
