I contacted a vehicle transportation site about transferring my vehicle from Billings MT to Fargo ND and setup a time for pickup. After the time stated they texted and said the truck hauler broke down and it would be 950 dollars extra to get another driver to deliver the vehicle. The original price was 500. We Venmo them to start 150 and was going to pay 350 upon delivery of the vehicle. Then I told them it was bad faith and that I considered the contract void since they didn’t show up. They now want us to pay 200 for cancellation fee and another 200 if we refuse and the driver has to do a dry run so they say.
