Purchased a Liquidation sale SunRay Baldwin 2 person Traditional sauna. Charge hit Discover credit card with an order confirmation. No ship date confirmation ever happened. A response from support email was an apology and order cancellation. No product no refund. Website and support and phone number all offline after 3 days of purchase.

Started a dispute claim with Discover credit card.

Writing this to hope you can investigate and determine if business was ever legit. thank you.
