Tried to scam money out of me through a friend's name

Thought I was talking to a friend through messenger for a few days before I was asked if I heard about the FTC Grant. I was a little skeptical, and looked up all the information and found that I was being scammed. I’ve been messaging the scammer back and told him that I had turned him over to the Better Business Bureau and was taking precautions of keeping myself safe. They then started talking horrible to me using profanity .

The same thing happened to me! He pretended to be a relative of mine through Messenger, telling me about a legitimate government grant disability program. My fake
Relative said they received $50,000. I investigated and found that for example, you had to send him $1,500.00 to a $50,000 grant you dont pay money for a financial grant. This guy is a criminal hacker!
