I received a product called “New Moon” which is for PH balance, it relieves discomfort and removes oders. I have none of these, so I reached out to them believing I had received the wrong product. They did have a money back guarantee so since I have not used the product I attempted to return it and get a refund. They stated that although it’s a different product results could be the same but results differ from person to person. I feel they falsely advertised their product and got me to purchase it under false pretenses. To return it I was advised that I would have to pay for return shipping to China, which will be expensive. And that I would not get a money back guarantee.
