Arthur Mitchell sent email to our CEO asking for status of payment on invoice. They forwarded email to my email address asking me to follow up on payment. They sent an invoice and a W-9 with the address 1615 Scottsdale Dr, Leander TX 78641. When I google searched address, it shows a water company.
