I went on Craigslist to apply for apt. Once on person stated I was the chosen and asked for money to be sent before seeing apt and sated would refund if did not like the apartment. I stated I did not feel comfortable sending money before seeing apt. Then stated needed to send all money first. Once I told them I would be reporting to Better Business Bureau have not heard anything. Please check to see if this is valid so people do not send money.
