Type of a scam Identity Theft
I was on social media one day and saw Ans Alliance on social media- I looked and it was my original nonprofit ID number. I also discovered that my ex- brother in law is the one who stole the business. It is still under my name with the IRS which makes me really uncomfortable. There are multiple websites that are using this non profit ID number now. I shut it down with CO secretary of state so this is no longer a valid non profit- this has also been reported to the police, and the IRS.
