Immediately I responded requesting my tracking information, then again on Aug 23rd and again on the 30tg with no reply to either.
On September 2nd I finally received an email with tracking information that my item had shipped from China.
It is now September 17th, I can no longer view any tracking, I have received no shipment updates, no replies to my efforts for tracking information from the company or a refund, and still no product.
I was really disappointed, considering this company used PayPal.
