he has constantly been sending me emails about it and i'm pretty sure he's sharing information and i unsubscribed and i still get emails.. It's annoying i get like over 20 emails a day from him swearing i'm gonna win and never do i'm tired of him scamming me and it's frustrating especially when your struggling with money as it is

A man by the name of "Tom Baker" called recipient saying they had won $250,000 from "American Sweepstakes and Promotions" all that needed to be done was send $2,250 to a California address. Recipients family member discovered what was going on and found it was a scam.

Recipient then receives a call from a man from the "Reno Gaming Commission" asking about the "claim" and why the recipient did not send money yet, recipient hung up. "Tom" called again, becoming belligerent when recipient told him no money would be sent. Recipient stopped taking phone calls and callers left threatening voicemails. Contacted police and have changed phone numbers.
